Crazycatz will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused Crazycatz products within 7 days of being delivered to you.   If you wish to make a return, please Email us : crazycatzlijing@gmail.com

• Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card.

• Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition. If shoes have been worn, we are unable to accept a return.

• Please check your item as soon as you receive it. And contact us if any damage within 48 hours . You need to provide photos of the destruction. We cannot take any claims of damage after 48 hours after delivery.

• Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Customer is responsible for shipping and customs on all international returns.
